The Italian duo of Luciano Margorani and Piero Chianura (who comprise La 1919) skillfully craft fidgity, scrabbly, art rock constructs that owe a great debt to Massacre's fevered perambulations and which are, on this mid-90's release, beautifully underpinned by two of art rock's greatest and most distinctive drummers, Chris Cutler and Charles Hayward.
