THE ENTOURAGE MUSIC AND THEATRE ENSEMBLE-S/T, LP, 1973, USA




This troupe's bewitching higher-key ethno-tripped concoctions (undertaken in tandem with multi-media events utilizing techniques from various Asian dance and theater forms) sound remarkably close at times in both spirit and form to Arica's similar cultural cross-polllinations, albeit of a bit more contemplative character and minus their overtly mystical/occult angle.
