  1. hi friends
    I've got a little request.
maybe 12 years ago I've listen to a 7" (the fear) from a project called "Unpleasant Surprise"
    http://www.discogs.com/artist/Unpleasant+Surprise
maybe it's possible, to get their stuff online. I have got good memories on music and with a bit luck the 7" somewhere on a tape?!

best wishes and thanks for the biggest archive of strange music!!!!

  2. Thanks Jim!

    I'm a big Cardiacs fan,too!

    Baz.

P.S:-Have you got any other stuff by 'The Faux' or 'Red Transistor'?
('The Faux' were on one the 'Obscure DIY 7"s vol. 9, while 'red Transistor' was on vol. 10.

The Faux sounds very 'recent', though. Is it really from the late 70's/early 80's?

    Baz.

  4. Wow...such a swell of requests! I almost hate to request anything, for fear of just overloading you fellows at your wonderful work.

But if anyone has a copy of Landscape's "From the Tea-Rooms of Venus to the Hell-Holes of...." well, I don't really remember the entire title, but it's the album with "My Name is Normal Bates" on it. I've been looking for that album FOREVER....

It's great to have you back.

Have you seen Sync Pulse 1789 Live at the Bastille by Maggie Nichols/Lindsay Cooper/Joëlle Léandre?

If so, it'd be awesome to see here!

    All the Best,

    Tom

  10. Ha! The Mutant falanx is complete again, guys! Thanks for your perpetual passion!
    A request, tataaaaa!
The first Honeymoon Killers album is a very rare thing. No, it's not the one with the female singer at the right and the band leader on the left on the cover. It's the one released under the "Les Tueurs de la lune de miel" moniker and it dates from 1977.
I suspect that one of you might have this long forgotten thingy?
    Thanks in advance!
