TEFLON FONFARA-INGE IN VENEDIG, LP, 1982, GERMANY

This intense and brilliant Neue Deutsche Welle unit (whose sister project Originalton will be coming shortly) traverses more aesthetic ground than the vast majority of their contemporaries, with complex bass progressions (think Mekanik Kommando), cleverly and elegantly mated to bonking rhythm machines, unexpectedly acid-y guitar and a decidedly idiosyncratic approach to arrangement, against which periodic interventions of sax squall and female recitation float to the surface in what amounts to one of the most intriguing NDW communiques of the entire era.

  3. Hello there! Great blog! I have a really rare 70s library album requests:

    Southern Music Library-Electronic Music-various w/Anthony King's "Pots and Pans"

IM library #12-100% Electronic (Eddie Warner)

IM library #21-Nature Nocturne (Nino Nardini) exotica meets electronics

I've been trying to find rips of these, and it's been impossible! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much,

  4. this is a truly amazing blog, it kind of boggles the mind actually, i think this is what the www is really about, especially blogs, a way to share one's obsessions with like-minded people at the 4 corners, simultaneously, music distribution has changed, and the artists need to learn to move with the flow, bob ostertag is down, and if more artists got down, record companies wouldn't have a leg to stand on, anyway beginning to rant now, just wanted to request a re-up of Anima Sound, power
