THE ZEET BAND-MOOGIE WOOGIE, LP, 1970, USA

Highly winning early Moog funk zaniness in a sorta pre-Popcorn mode from this one-off West Coast crew, with some of the best bits here even anticipating the killer synthy library sleaze of Claude Perraudin's Patchwork library releases.

This record is really incredible the more I think of it / hear it. The track 'Boogie-Loo' is (for me) a direct audio representation of experiencing Ozark, Arkansas and the highwayscapes out there.
