A BROKEN CONSORT-THE SHAPE LEAVES, CDR, 2006, UK
Emotive autumnal accretions of multi-tracked string scrape and plucked acoustic filigree, the layers strafing against each other in overlapping moire patterns. Another moving document from the fine mind of one Richard Skelton, whose equally rich and expressive Carousell project (posted previously) also suggested windswept vistas and obscure esoteric rituals.

This is a really beautiful record. I think the one thing I'd love to hear in it is some deeper tones to contrast all the high-end stuff, but its quite good nonetheless.
Thanks for the usual dose of quality!
Great album, thanks.
Excellent music.... thanks!
Fantastic stuff. Thank you so much!
Very strange, and of course, very good and powerful album. How to describe or name this music?
