Confetti - Retrospective,CD,1995,UK/Japan

Confetti were a shortlived band consisting of David and Virginia Airplane, pseudonyms of a Fat Tulips/Pleasureheards member and his girlfriend. The music is acoustic pop with guitar and tamburine and some atmospheric orchestrations, not far from the Young Marble Giants and Marine Girls sound. There are 15 songs here, which are all their offerings with a Josef K, an Au Pairs and 3 Wedding Present covers. This compilation was released through Vinyl Japan and is long out of print.
