I think there's no need for introduction to Kawabata Makoto ,for the friends of this blog.Here a series of 8 cdrs released in very limited quantities (from 50 to 200) between 1999 and 2003.There are 2 more releases in this series (9 and 10),both still in print.The music is totaly spaced out electronic psychedelic improvisations ,ready to melt your mind and trip you up.Check also Eric's post in March of Makoto's early 10cdrs boxset.

Listen, can 2 or more people who don't have premium Rapidshare accounts go to rs43.com at 10PM ET tonight? That's 10PM in New York City, 3AM in London, 4AM in Paris and so on, so those without premium accounts can download all six parts of the Makoto series, without having to wait 2-3 hours between each download?
If you've never used rs43.comand don't have a premium RS account, try it tonight at 10PM. You will see how cool it is and we can all download Rapidshare stuff without waiting.

It's a new site (rs43.com) to help spread music to non-premium Rapidshare users.

Is anyone else having trouble extracting TRACK 1 from DISC 4?

For the FIRST zip file, you just have to rename the file, changing all the dashes to periods. Then all files extract fine.

I found that I had to re-name ALL 6 of the files, changing all the dashes and underscores to dots; after having done that, all 8 folders were accessible and downloaded fine...hope that helps anyone else willing to undertake this massive set of files.
