I have nothing but thanks and admiration for the job that you are doing. You have been uploading faster than I can download, and I certainly have no complaints.

I know that I don't thank you often enough for your efforts, and for that I apologize.

Keep up the good work, and Thank You very much.

Thanks for all the uploading. I have nothing but admiration and thanks for the job that you have been doing. I know that I don't say thank you often enough, and for that I apologize.

Please continue to upload what you can, when you can. It's gonna take me quite some time just to download what is already available :-)

Thanks!

Seconded - Thank you very much!
Keep up the wonderful 'work'!

Apologize!!!????

As noted, what you provide is far more than I could ever ask. And, many, many more I had never known prior to your introduction.

Anyhoo, I'm of the city (NYC) wishlists in hand to track down some of those items I hope to hear. With renewed vigor, mind you, due to Mutant Sounds inspiration.

Thank you much for all you have shared.

The Gnome

P.S. Your wishlist items are attached. I will be handing this list over to clerks for check their inventories. Wish me luck!!!

P.P.S. Not every comment/thank you seems to make it through. Whether that is by your choice or not, I can't say, but I wanted you know just in case. This blogger message board is a bit glitchy. Not your fault by any means, of course.

Who would complain about this resource and service you offer? There is more music here on a daily basis than someone could listen to unless they do nothing else with their time! Don't listen to these nutjobs!
Thank you thank you Thank YOU!

Way more music posted here than I can ever listen to, but what catch I've really liked, and appreciate the hrd effort you put in. Cheers!

Who could possibly complain about a lack of material on this blog ?!?! They must be logging in from an insane asylum. Thanks for all of the great music!

Hello,

Anyone who dares complain - after you've taken the time to share this remarkable collection of recordngs - is wholly bereft of tact, gratitude, or basic human decency.

Thank you again, again, and again.

ommyth

P.S. If you've an interest in albums created by members of the Vienna Aktionists movement in the 70s (Brus, Nitsch, Roth, Ruhm, Wiener, Attersee, Muehl), I'd be pleased to share them with Mutant Sounds...

how can anyone complain about this blog!!!

True, I've only discovered this place in the last week (having coming here via a link at WFMU) and jeez, not to mince words too lightly... yr an f'n' magician-god-beyond-superlatives genius like being!!!

ahhh...

In fact, I was telling a friend about this place just this evening, I say telling, I mean gushing... and was even theorising as to your identity as being Steve Stapleton his beautifully weird self!

if blogs were boxers - you're Muhammed Ali!

Mutant Sounds Boom By Yey!

the downloads I've found here thus far, make life more than worth living. simple as that.

thank you and thank you again

please don't stop!

Are people insane? Mutant Sounds has, since its inception, been my primary source for "new" music. The complainers—whomever they may be—will never get around to doing anything for themselves, that's for sure. Pay them no mind. Even if Mutant Sounds were to stop tomorrow, we'll all still be grateful for the incredible amount of music you've shared with us in such a short time.

This blog blows my mind several times on a daily basis. The detractors are but dogs barking at the moon. Good things come and go but I wish to pass on my sincere thanks to mutantsounds for this good thing while it lasts.

Yes, mutantsounds, give yourself a rest! the pace of this blog is furious, and we are all thankful! Can we post a general request from the folks here?
- Vogelsheiß und Seine Verrückten Kröten

Christph Heeman & John Hubbard. Seriously rare and from the bit I've heard, really great.
here's a tease on John Hubbard's blog:

Man, some people are never satisfied. This is the best music blog out there; I'm with the others in having nothing but admiration for the job you do. Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking the time to post these albums -- your fan club is bigger than you know!

thank you. thank you. thank you. you have expanded my sense of possibility. this stuff is wonderful and incomparable.

Good luck with your computer screen. I can't believe that you would have people asking for more than you're giving. This is the most incredibly generous blog in existence and I've been enjoying it immensely.

I don't want you to take requests.

The blog is so clearly a personal approach to music that we need to just let you be and be you.

I can barely (not even) keep up my friend.

THANK YOU FOR ENRICHING MY PALATE.

I had Vogelsheiß und Seine Verrückten Kröten on CDR a few years ago. If I can find it, I'll let you know. It was really rare -- maybe 6 or 7 copies on CD, I think. IIRC, there was also a vinyl edition which was limited to 50 to 200 copies.

Please take a rest! You've shared so much already, I can hardly keep up. You clearly have an amazing collection, and whatever you can post is thoroughly appreciated.

Two small requests for the future, if you have them:

Marie et Les Garcons e.p.
Red Spot compilation LP (Subterranean)

Thanks again!

if you find it it would be great to share it in this blog!

Just want to reiterate what people here are saying: thank you thank you thank you mutantsounds. I'm always amazed at the music here, which I've only heard OF about 20% of the time, and which I've actually heard about 0% of the time. Thanks for opening up our AOR-controlled ears to what's really been happening in modern music. You are helping the culture to progress, and you should be commended.

Your blog takes my breath away. Take a break. If I could, I'd by you a beer or two or three. Thanks a million and one!!

Just a "me too". Thank you for your amazing uploads. Astronauts are really great!

I can only agree with the other comments. The pace you load up fantastic music is unbelievable. So I don't mind if you slow down your tempo of posting a bit. Gives me some time to check out other great music blogs.

In the realm of hungry ghosts there can never be any satisfaction, so just let them eat themselves. What do they want with this beautiful music in the first place? For us others your blog is defintely as close to heaven as one can get. Thank you and please take your time. We owe you a lot.

This is simply the best music blog there is. Like no doubt hundreds of others I've been introduced to so much wonderful music that I barely knew existed and for that I thank you.

As for the ungrateful sods - well, if I were you I'd simply delete every comment with a request or an unjustified complaint.

I'm not sure if this was your original purpose for this blog, but you have made me life infinitely better. If I could marry one blog, this would be it. You've introduced me to SO many sounds, sounds I can't get out of my head, sounds that rule my day.

You do absolutely beautiful work. This is easily the best blog I've ever seen.

Keep up the great work, but do it at YOUR pace. Don't let this become 'not fun' for you, man...

Just gotta echo most everyone else, and tell you not to fret even one small atom - the sounds you have been posting are ultra fine, the range is ultra wide, and I'm eternally grateful for the amount of time you take to do it.

Be ov good chill.

Thank you :)
