HYBRID KIDS-CLAWS, LP, 1980, UK
An album of psychotic Residential defilings of beloved Christmas chestnuts laden with images of deformed kids from a former progger turned Mott The Hoople keyboardist eventually gone weird in the post punk era and soon after to cheese into a Maharishi devotee making new age tunes. Yup...quite the whacked career path, but at this stage of the game, Fisher's flipped out antics were a real treat. Though the novelty laden conceit here doesn't quite hold up for a full albums duration, there are some really astonishing bits of mad invention to be found herein. Could you post the Fisher CD with the super-elongated Lennon piece (sorry, I forgot the tune...)? (ala Seve Reich's Slow Motion Sound). Even Yoko gave it the thumbs up.

I have this LP since like mid 80s. it's produced 1980 on Cherry Red records, and I was copying it from an old cassette which I had found down a cellarstore of mine.
