V/A-1991-THE WHITE HORSE, CD, 1991, FRANCE

A beautifully warped assortment of electronic/electroacoustic experimentation from a crowd associated with Philippe Blanchard (aka Lieutenant Caramel) and his group with Alain Basso, Denier Du Culte. With contributions running about 10 minutes per artist, we get tracks from all three of the aforementioned plus associated artists Bernard Donzel-Gargand (whose amazing electroacoustic CD on Plate Lunch will be posted here soon), Joseph Raguin and Philippe Moenne-Loccoz. Pride of place though must immediately go to Lieutenant Caramel's contribution (here identified as Cheb Lt Caramel) Planete Bleue", whose explicitly Sylvie and Babs-ian riot of deformed female vocals and aberrant shock edited juxtapositions make it not just an album highlight but a high water mark of Blanchard's entire Lieutenant Caramel discography. Note: this lengthy CD has been divided into two parts.

thanks for this compilation. Have you some stuff from "La sonoruté jaune", side project of the girl from Denier du Culte ?
