This is not related to the subject of your post but I couldn't find any other way to ask you if is there any chance to organize your 2007 archives like before (month to month)? It is very dificult to browse in it without no time references... Thank you for your blog, one of the best in music category. Happy new year!
This seems to be a growing problem among an ever increasing anti-music shareing world. Sure, some places, like the pirate bay or some torrent/blogs sites may cause a question of copyright problems, but that is not the intention of alot of blogs. I saw a similar problem on the equally great Lost-In-Tyme blog. The intentions are to share and give acknowledgment to ,otherwise, lost great musicians. If these post irk somebody, all they have to do is graciously ask the post be removed. They do not have to go being delete happy, or send a legal document. These people I believe are KGB agents,anal-retentive artist, stereotyped child-actor space aliens,or well payed government computer nerds...

Where else are we going to hear this stuff? On the radio?
all copyright is theft
BAD SECTOR - you have to put it when you have time. He need place here.
PNF is a victim of its own success, unfortunately. Unless it can provide its own bandwidth, there's really not much they can legally do against this asshole.
The good news is we outnumber them. With all the rapidshare blogs out there, these anti-sharing people have their work cut out for them.
We need to support all Prog-related blogs against bastards...

Like i've been telling the prog rock seller guy, the days of selling 'discs' for money is over. He is clinging to the "old way" of making money doing music. He is just another old dog, that refuses to learn new tricks. These blogs are SAVING rare music from being lost in the digital age. Since the invention of the internet, downloading copyrighted material is no longer illegal. It may be on paper, becuase of the laws from 50 years ago. But in this modern day & age, you cannot sell CD's anymore, you are just not going to be making a living on it. Its time for musicians to get together (like David Byrne) and fine MORE lucrative ways of making money with music. I am a musician, and make a living off my music, and I dont sell Cd's. I give all my music away for free online. I get donations and paid from touring, doing interviews on college radio, etc, etc.. Its time for the "old school idiots" to wake up, and HELP the blogs by promoting their artists on this VERY LARGE, and FREE promotion engine we all share here. Thanks to all blogs keeping rare music alive, its YOU that is generating interest for rare music from these new generations of kids, not record stores, or labels selling the music.
