My husband has this, and he says he thinks he has a second from Bocquet. I'll try to find both in his huge collection. BTW, he has most of the stuff here and a lot more besides--if you want me to see if he wants to contribute to you, please email. Cuz as usual, it would be me doing all the work!! ;)
